I had a Swedish Massage with Vivi, she did such an amazing job! They give you a chart where you can circle areas you want focused on. Overall, I feel so relaxed! The environment was quiet, peaceful, and it was a good price. I recommend and would come back again!

Cloud 9 is a hidden gem with very reasonable prices! The front desk staff are very welcoming and attentive. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and warm. I prefer longer sessions with deeper work like Thai and deep tissue. Lily is AMAZING. Her skill and understanding of the body blew my expectations out the water. Lily addresses all my issues I have in each session with precision and care. I have worked in the spa industry for over 15 years and she is a massage therapist’s massage therapist. She does fantastic body work and I look forward to seeing her again.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage ($75) with CBD oil ($20 extra) with Andy for my chronic back pain. The overall experience was good but I do wish the areas I circled on the sheet were focused on more equally. Andy’s service was great with a few instances where he was a bit rough (not pressure related). There was no oil used for the first 5-10 minutes of the service so my skin was being tugged in an uncomfortable way and the transitions with moving my limbs were a little rough than I’m used to. It was still enjoyable and I will probably still return! I also wish there was maybe spa music or something in the room as it was quiet and felt different than a typical massage experience. I think that would truly elevate the experience!

I had a fantastic massage by Lilly! The studio is very clean and calming, with private rooms and a multi bed room. I had a 1 hr foot massage, which started with soaking your feet in hot water while you get a head and neck massage. Than a very detailed foot and leg massage. Than a back massage to finish off. She was very attentive to modesty, ensuring I was covered by the blanket the whole time (fully clothed). This was so relaxing, I’d highly recommend.

He was excellent and worked out all the knots I had while making the process as painless as possible. The online booking system was super easy including for same day service. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be back!
